There is just not enough time to be a part of all the special events in San Francisco. There is always something happening in the city – from simple neighborhood celebrations to themed arts festivals.
During spring, the major events in San Francisco are its Jazz Festival, Cherry Blossom Festival, International Film Festival and Cinco de Mayo Festival. During summer, there is the Haight Street Fair and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Parade and Celebration. During fall, there is a Blues Festival, Fleet Week and Halloween. And winter’s main events are Chinese New Year and St. Patrick’s Day.
