If the beach is not enough form of entertainment for you, there are still other means to experience entertainment in Rio de Janeiro. You can go to the Teatro Municipal to watch a show or just check out its lavish interiors. Or if you want to satisfy your sporty side, you can visit the Estadio Mario Filho (Maracana), which is the world’s biggest soccer stadium.
Another interesting type of entertainment in Rio de Janeiro is the historic Quinta de Boa Vista, a complex built on the former imperial palace that now contains the Museu Nacional, Jardim Zoologico, statues and pools.
