Cafes and lounges in our Paris travel guide
Paris has a lot of bars, cafés and lounges where tourists and locals can hangout and unwind. Most people prefer to barhop and ideal places to do so are in Champs-Élysées, Bibliothèque and rue Montorgueil.
The nightspots are usually open from 8:00 p.m. and it is usually best to call ahead and reserve a table. In the summer months, many night owls flock to the floating bars and clubs, which sail along the Seine River from Bercy to the Eiffel Tower. Some notable bars, cafés and lounges to check out are Le Pulp, De la Ville Café and New Morning.
