There are several bus lines such as the Citizens Area Transit or CAT which provide a unique experience while traveling the Las Vegas Strip since they make use of a double-decker bus to tour the streets. There are also cab companies to cater to wherever you want to go.
If you want to go through the streets of Vegas in style, you may also rent out a limousine for the night and party away. They are usually available for a couple of hours a day. You may also like to rent a car or van for the day for easier travel.
